Cold Chain Baklava export

Cold Chain Baklava export means ; after producing baklava , we use special chiller which freezes the core temperature of the product to -18 degrees in approximately 40 minutes, by this method the taste, quality and the structure of baklava is protected from any harm.

After that, we place the frozen trays into our container sized -22 degree freezer to get it ready for transport. When delivery is required our products can be moved into thecold chain truck without any harm. The most imporant part is not to break cold chain while loading and transporting. Customers can demand in partial loading , air - freight or container shipment.
